Kent was Sr. Director of Operations at DSC Communications (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent) for access division where he supported the revenue growth from $50M in 1992 to $600M in 1996 when he left. At World Access, Inc. where Kent was Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, he supported revenue growth from $51M in 1996 to $212M in 1999. During the last 8 years, Kent has served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations at several start-ups.
