Get Out! Television Show Holds Nationwide Talent Search for New Co-host

XM Satellite Radio Prices Offering of New Senior Notes

WASHINGTON, July 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. announced today that its subsidiary, XM Satellite Radio Inc., priced an offering of $778.5 million of new senior notes. The notes, which were offered pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933 (the “Securities Act”), will bear interest at an annual rate of 13%. The price to investors will be 89.93% of the principal amount of the notes for an effective yield of 16%. The company will receive gross proceeds of $700,105,050 from the sale of the notes before deducting the initial purchasers’ discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. The new notes will be guaranteed by XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. and certain subsidiaries.

IG Sport Slash In-Running Spread Sizes Ahead of Euro 2008

LONDON, June 5 /PRNewswire/ — Spread-betting firm IG Sport have given home nations football fans
something to cheer this summer by slashing their most popular in-running
football spread sizes by as much as half for matches in this summer’s Euro
2008 tournament.

The firm are cutting spread sizes on their headline markets of goal
supremacy and total goals from 0.2 to 0.1 and their shirt number spreads from

MTV to Debut Unprecedented Movie Experience on Video On Demand to Support the 2008 MTV Movie Awards

NEW YORK, May 21 /PRNewswire/ — MTV VOD goes to the movies! This year, for the first time ever, MTV () will create a special “2008 MTV movie Awards” () destination in its free VOD area that will help drive Movies On Demand orders for affiliate partners including Charter Communications, Comcast, Cox Communications and Time Warner Cable.
MTV will provide an unprecedented array of extras for its audience around nominated films that are also available to purchase at Movies On Demand.
